ixigo Launches Armed Forces Fares for Select Domestic Flights
Gurugram, India, 20th January 2026: ixigo, India’s leading AI-based travel platform, has launched Armed Forces Fares for select domestic flights, celebrating the unwavering spirit of our Armed Forces with discounts of up to 25%. The fares apply to serving and retired personnel of the Armed Forces and Paramilitary forces, along with their dependants.
The offer can be availed on IndiGo, Air India, Akasa Air and SpiceJet flights by selecting ‘Armed Forces’ in the special fare option while searching for domestic flights on the ixigo app and website. Travellers are required to enter a valid Armed Forces or Dependant ID number in the ‘Traveller Details’ section at the time of booking and complete the payment to confirm their ticket. Passengers must also carry and present the original, valid Armed Forces/Military ID or Dependant ID card at airport check-in for verification.
