NCLT asks Zee to hold Board meet

The NCLT on Thursday directed Zee Entertainment to hold a Board meet to consider Invesco’s request for convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

Invesco had sought removal of the company’s MD Punit Goenka and two directors, and reconstituting the Board with the appointment of six new directors. — PTI

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
