In his address, Consul General Pratik Mathur highlighted India’s ongoing economic transformation under the “Viksit Bharat” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat” initiatives, stressing that policy reforms aimed at improving ease of doing business, strengthening digital public infrastructure and boosting manufacturing competitiveness have opened new avenues for global collaboration. He pointed to India’s Production Linked Incentive schemes as a major driver of manufacturing growth and said eastern China could emerge as a key partner in co-developing industrial ecosystems and scaling investments.
