Tech Mahindra's net profit rises 16% YoY to Rs 1,354 crore in Q4 FY26

Tata Communications registered a 9.4 per cent YoY growth in its revenue, from operations at Rs 6,554 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26

The IT major Tech Mahindra on Wednesday reported net profit of Rs 1,354 crore for Q4 of FY26, which is up 16 per cent from Rs 1,166.7 crore during the same period in the previous fiscal year.

Revenue for the Q4 was up 12.6 per cent year-on-year (YoY) at Rs 15,076 crore, while the revenue increased 4.7 per cent quarter-over-quarter (QoQ). Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) rose 48.3 per cent YoY at Rs 2,084 crore.

Mohit Joshi, CEO and Managing Director, Tech Mahindra, said, “We are accelerating our transition to an AI-led organisation, embedding AI across services and expanding our capabilities to enhance value delivery for our clients."

"This is reflected in our highest deal wins in recent years including consecutive quarters exceeding USD 1 billion. We remain focused on scaling with discipline and are on track to delivering our FY27 commitments," he added.

Meanwhile, Tata Communications registered a 9.4 per cent YoY growth in its revenue, from operations at Rs 6,554 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, in comparison to Rs 5,990 crore in the same period in previous year.

Data revenue grows at 11.5 per cent YoY at 5,684 in Q4 FY26, while Digital Portfolio Revenue grew 19.2 per cent Rs 2,909 crore in fourth quarter of FY26.

Ganesh Lakshminarayanan, MD and CEO - Designate, Tata Communications, said: “Q4 has been a strong quarter with our digital portfolio continuing to drive data growth. Our balance sheet strengthened further, with net debt-to-EBITDA improving to below 2x. This quarter, we had some interesting deal wins around network transformation, multi-cloud connectivity and employee interaction capabilities for enabling GCCs.

He said these reflect the inherent strength of Tata Communications’ ability to serve global enterprises through a unified and scalable digital infrastructure for the AI era.

“This, along with our benchmark NPS scores, positions us as truly global Communications Technology player in the making,” he added.
