A multi-step process was used to compile TradeFlock’s 40 Under 40 - 2026 list, starting with research to identify young leaders across sectors based on impact, leadership, innovation, and growth. Nominees were evaluated through a structured assessment of business performance, scalability, influence, recognition, and results. The evaluation benchmarked industry leaders across quantitative and qualitative factors, including thought leadership, governance, team-building, sustainability, and long-term value. Leaders seeking features were also assessed. After multiple rounds of review, 40 finalists were selected to ensure credibility, merit, and sector representation. The data-driven approach highlighted impact, responsible leadership, and future potential over popularity or titles.
