3 immigration firms lose licence in Fatehgarh Sahib

Deputy Commissioner-cum-Licensing Authority Dr Sona Thind has cancelled the licence of three immigration firms in the district. Thind said M/s India Super-Fast Travels, Visa Consultancy, Shop-cum-Office No. 55, Sector 4-A, Guru Nanak Colony, Mandi Gobindgarh, Amloh tehsil, was issued licence on October 22, 2019, which was valid till October 21, 2024. A notice was issued to the firm dated September 26, 2024, to apply for renewal of the licence within one week. However, the firm did not submit an application for renewal of the licence before its expiry and it was cancelled.

Similarly, the licence of M/s Lovely Tour and Travels Visa Consultancy and E Ticketing, Ward No. 3, Ice Factory, Amloh, was cancelled. The firm was issued licence on July 18, 2019, which was valid till July 17, 2024. As application for renewal of the licence was not submitted by the firm so it was cancelled.

In third case licence of M/s Wings Language, IELTS Centre, Jassar Complex, Near Jyoti Saroop Mor, Sirhind tehsil, was also cancelled. The firm was issued licence on October 22, 2019, which was valid till October 21, 2024. As application for renewal of the licence was not submitted by firm so it was cancelled.
