7.5-acre green belt to come up at Bapu Dham Colony

Mayor Saurabh Joshi on Monday laid the foundation stone for the development of a new green belt in Bapu Dham Colony, Sector 26.

Spread across an area of approximately 7.5 acres, the upcoming green belt is envisioned as a vibrant and inclusive public space designed to cater to people of all age groups. The project will feature lush grass-covered areas, plantation of ornamental trees and decorative shrubs.

The green belt will include modern amenities such as walking tracks, garden lighting, protective railings, and toilet blocks.
