The police arrested an Army man and booked his accomplice, both from Pilibhit in Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly opening fire on the owner of a tea shop in Sector 68 here during a brawl around 2 am on Sunday.

The suspects were identified as Satwant Singh of Pilibhit, an Army absentee currently putting up in Zirakpur, and his accomplice Udit Shaukeen, who is currently residing in Gillco Valley, Kharar.
