Bajwa handed chargesheets in 7 cheating cases
Kharar’s Bajwa Developers Private Limited realtor, Jarnail Singh Bajwa, who was accused in several cases of fraud, was presented in the Mohali court today and handed copies of chargesheets in seven cases registered this year. The court fixed the next date of hearing for November 20.
Bajwa’s recent bail application was dismissed on October 9. On October 1, a court had dismissed his bail application in nine cases of criminal breach of trust and cheating that were registered in 2024. All the cases were registered at the NRI police station in Mohali. Bajwa’s, booked in around 50 cases of cheating till now, recent troubles began when he was arrested on August 30 in connection to a 2022 case for failure of a proclaimed offender to appear before the court.
