Chandigarh, June 15
The Chandigarh administration on Tuesday announced that all shops will remain open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, despite a daily night curfew in the city. The decision comes after a detailed discussion during the War Room meeting.
The curfew will start from 10:30 pm to 5:00 am.
Restaurants and bars to remain open with 50% capacity from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The shop owners have to ensure Covid protocols are followed. The decision regarding the Sunday closure would be taken subsequently.
