Dr Sushil Kumar Garg, Special Judge, CBI Court, has issued a warning to the CBI inspector posted in Delhi after he filed an explanation before the court today.
The court had issued a show-cause notice to him on January 12 after he failed to file a reply in the bail applications moved by the accused in the multi-crore bank scam.
The court observed that in view of the facts mentioned in the explanation, the inspector was warned to be careful in future. Meanwhile, the CBI Court also allowed the bail applications of the six accused in the Indian Overseas Bank fraud case. The CBI had registered a case in the fraud in 2016 in Delhi. It had also filed a chargesheet in the case.
