Migrant electors from Bihar currently residing in Chandigarh have been encouraged to fill their enumeration forms online through the voters.eci.gov.in portal or the ECINET mobile app.

Alternatively, they may download the pre-filled forms, attach the required supporting documents and send them via WhatsApp either to their family members in Bihar or directly to the concerned booth-level officer. They may also scan the QR Code attached below.

According to the Election Commission of India, a significant number of electors originally registered in Bihar are currently residing temporarily in other states and Union Territories, including Chandigarh. Their participation in this revision process is crucial, and efforts are being made to ensure their inclusion.
