A pillion rider of a bike taxi died after being hit by a truck near the Railway light point here on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Dev, a resident of Mani Majra.
Rakesh Kumar of Sector 29, who was driving the bike taxi, told the police that a truck hit his bike and Dev was injured in the accident. He was admitted to the GMSH-16 and later referred to the PGI where he died during the treatment. — TNS
