Chandigarh University (CU), Gharuan has emerged overall champion at the 38th Inter-University North Zone Youth Festival 2025 organised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) at Panjab University. The university qualified for the AIU National Youth Festival to be held from March 3 to 7. This is the fourth time that team Chandigarh University has lifted the overall North-Zone AIU Trophy.

Rayat Bahra University, in collaboration with the District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE), Mohali, organised Career Conference-2025 to guide students toward successful career paths. The conference brought together experts from various fields.

CGC, Landran

The department of MBA, Chandigarh Business School of Administration (CBSA), CGC Landran, in association with ACIC Rise Association, CGC Landran, organised the eight edition of its annual entrepreneurship-focused event 'B-Starter.' The two-day event which saw the participation of more than 300 students divided in 32 teams aimed to provide a unique platform for budding entrepreneurs and innovators to hone their entrepreneurial acumen.

Aryans Group of Colleges

To raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) Aryans Group of Colleges in association with Max Super Specialty Hospital Mohali organised a workshop on "How to prevent Heart Attack in Youngsters?" Dr Deepak Puri, Senior Director, Cardiovascular Thoracic surgery, interacted with students. Dr Puri mentioned that according to the recent World Health Organization data, CVDs claim approximately 17.9 million lives annually, accounting for 32 per cent of all global deaths.

Dev Samaj College of Education

Dev Samaj College of Education, Sector 36, celebrated Bhai Behen Diwas, to honour the cherished bond between brothers and sisters. The event featured a series of engaging activities, including Bhajan, speeches and poems. Prof Agnese Dhillon, Secretary, College Management, motivated the students to maintain love and respect for brothers and sisters.

Desh Bhagat University

Desh Bhagat University organised Dr Liisa J Toivonen, Counsellor for Higher Education and Science Policy at the Embassy of Finland, to strengthen Indo-Finnish collaborations in education, research, and sustainability. Discussions with DBU leadership focused on academic partnerships, student exchanges, and joint research initiatives.
