Chandigarh: The two-day national seminar on ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: A Bharat-centric approach to holistic human development’, organised by the faculty of social sciences and languages at Desh Bhagat University, in collaboration with the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), successfully concluded. Harpreet Singh, principal of GGN Institute of Management and Technology, Ludhiana, emphasised the importance of instilling values of sacrifice and devotion in the younger generation.

Chandigarh: Higher education in India is at a turning point with CUET streamlining university admissions and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforming learning. This was discussed during an event organised by local educational institutions. The event was attended by educationists and personalities from technology industry. A discussion was held on AI and its impact on education. The panelists included Kashish Mittal, former IAS officer and AI Expert; Hirdesh Madan, educationist and co-founder of Hitbullseye; Joseph Jude, chief technology officer at Net Solutions; and Madhu Chitkara, pro-chancellor, Chitkara University.
