CREDAI Punjab Hosts 25th Realty Excellence Awards in Chandigarh

Around 150 developers from Punjab and 70 developers from other parts of India participated in the event, making it one of the region’s most prominent gatherings of real estate professionals.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagjit Singh Majha, President of CREDAI Punjab, said the event celebrated the achievements of the real estate community and recognised developers who are shaping the future of urban development through commitment, quality and innovation.
The event was attended by the national leadership of CREDAI, including Boman R. Irani, Chairman; Shekhar G. Patel, President; Rohit Raj Modi, Vice President; and Gaurav Gupta, Secretary.
Several prominent dignitaries also graced the occasion, including Hardeep Singh Mundian, Cabinet Minister in the Government of Punjab; Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly; Kulwant Singh, MLA from Mohali; Aman Arora, President of Aam Aadmi Party Punjab and Cabinet Minister; Rakesh Goyal, Chairman of the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority; and Vikas Garg, Chief Secretary of Punjab.
The dignitaries were welcomed by the organisers and the celebrations were formally inaugurated with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
The highlight of the evening was the Realty Excellence Awards, which honoured distinguished achievers from the real estate sector for their contributions. A special “Award of Honor – Contributors of Punjab” was presented to prominent members of CREDAI Punjab, including Deepak Makhija, Manpreet Singh Wahi, Akshay Taneja, Ravinder Taneja, Umang Jindal, Rupinder Singh Chawla, Baljeet Singh, Harish Gupta, PMS Banga, Sukhdev Singh, Tarninder Singh, Varun Dham, Pardeep Kumar Bansal, Parveen Garg, Dalip Moudgil, and Krishan Kumar Sharma.
Adding a cultural highlight to the evening, renowned Punjabi Sufi singer Hans Raj Hans delivered a captivating live performance that enthralled the audience.
The celebration concluded with networking, cocktails and dinner, providing an opportunity for members and guests to interact and celebrate the achievements of the real estate fraternity.
The event was organised through the collective efforts of the CREDAI Punjab leadership led by Jagjit Singh Majha and Tarninder Singh, along with city chapters headed by Rupinder Singh Chawla (Ludhiana), Harish Gupta (Zirakpur), Krishan Kumar Sharma (Amritsar) and Sukhdev Singh (Jalandhar).
