DC warns against LPG, fuel hoarding in Fatehgarh Sahib

DC Dr Sona Thind on Saturday issued a warning against the hoarding and black marketing of LPG cylinders, petrol and diesel in the district, stating strict legal action would be taken against anyone found indulging in such activities.
Chairing a meeting with representatives of gas agencies and the Petrol Pump Association at the District Administrative Complex, the DC reviewed the supply position of LPG and petroleum products.

Dr Thind directed all gas agencies and petrol pump operators to ensure an uninterrupted supply of LPG, petrol and diesel so that residents do not face any inconvenience. She emphasised there should be no hoarding of fuel or cooking gas, adding that any complaint regarding hoarding or black marketing would invite strict legal action against the concerned agency or outlet.
