Chandigarh: DAV College, Sector 10, organised the annual fest Lakshya 2015 at Leisure Valley under the leadership of student council president Sanjeev Malik. Punjabi singer Gippy Grewal and Haryanvi singers Mannu Diwana and Kulbir Danoda performed during the event. Haryana Agriculture Minister OP Dhankar was the chief guest.
IT events
Post Graduate Government College, Sector 46, organised its fifth IT fest, Techriti15. Around 200 students from various colleges of the tricity took part in extempore, debate, website development, IT quiz, debugging, rangoli making, best-out-of-e-waste, free style dance, skit and e-collage making. The winners were given prizes by the head of department, Reenu Arora. — TNS
