Chandigarh, February 8
Ojaswini Mahajan carded a 58 to top Category E on the opening day of the third Dronacharya DP Azad Junior/ Sub-Junior Golf Championship at the Chandigarh Golf Course here on Friday.
Rehan S Chauhan (40) led the field in the boys’ category.
In Category D, Guntash Kaur Sandhu (48) clinched the girls’ title, while Warish Kamboj (42) topped the chart in the boys’ competition.
Jiah Kang (80), Jujhar Singh (74), Manya Saini (83), Arjun Bhatia (79), Khushi (85) and Aditya Sood (76) also dominated their respective categories.
Prize distribution ceremony will be held on February 9 at the CGA Golf Range, said the organisers.
