Patiala, January 15
A biker was killed in a mishap with a car at Shambu on Monday. The police said as per the complainant in the case, Gurbachan Singh of Shambu, his father Baldev Singh was going towards Bapror village, when he was hit by the car. The police have registered a case against the driver of the car under Sections 279 (rash driving), 304-A (causing death by negligence), 427 (mischief) of the IPC.
