Beneficiaries with the wheelchairs presented to them during a programme organised under the aegis of the District Red Cross Society and the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Kanpur, at Agrawal Bhawan, Sector 16, Panchkula, on Tuesday. As many as 280 artificial limbs and accessories were distributed among 156 Divyangs of Panchkula district. Ravi Kumar
