Jewellery shops open today in Panchkula

In view of the auspicious day of ‘Akshay Tritiya’, the district administration TODAY has allowed opening of all jewellery shops in Panchkula tomorrow.

Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja has issued orders that shops would remain open from 12 noon to 7 pm in strict compliance with the Covid-19 rules. He said during this time, no customer would be allowed to enter the shop without a mask and shopkeepers would ensure proper social distancing inside the shops.

Deputy Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja said the shopkeepers would sanitise their shop properly and allow the customers to enter by screening them and getting their hands sanitised manually. During this time, shopkeepers will sanitise everything that comes in the touch of public and will strictly follow the Covid-19 norms.
