Panchkula: The district police have arrested a man for stalking a woman and assaulting her male friend near Khera Sita Ram village while they were on their way to Parwanoo. The suspect has been identified as Rahul, a resident of Kalka. The victim, who works with a private company, was returning home along with her friend around 9 pm after attending a birthday party of a friend in Upper Mohalla, Kalka. A case was registered. TNS
