Kid rides opened at Sec 43 park in Chandigarh

Member of Parliament from Chandigarh Manish Tewari on Monday dedicated Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck play equipment installed from his MP Local Area Development (MPLAD) funds to the children of Chandigarh at the Sector 43 park falling under ward No. 23.

Addressing the gathering, Tewari said that these attractive play installations were set up due to the efforts of ward No. 23 councillor Prem Lata. He also appealed to resident welfare associations across the city that if they wished to develop parks in their respective areas and get similar play equipment installed for children, they might contact his office.

Among those present on the occasion were Chandigarh Congress president HS Lucky, Chandramukhi Sharma and councillor Prem Lata.
