CHANDIGARH: The police have booked one person for attempt to culpable homicide, almost four months after he had allegedly hit a man on his head.

The police have booked one person for attempt to culpable homicide, almost four months after he had allegedly hit a man on his head. Complainant Kuldeep Singh, a resident of Shanti Nagar, Mani Majra, reported that on May 27, a person named Arun had an altercation with his brother Shiv Parsad at Shivalik Garden. The accused then allegedly attacked Parsad and hit on his head, leaving him unconscious. The complainant said his brother had been bed-ridden since then. A case under Section 308 of the IPC has been registered.
