Chandigarh, May 15
A Sector 37 man has been arrested for misbehaving with a cop at the venue of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Sector 34 yesterday. Constable Amarpal, personal security officer of the SP (City and Operations), reported that he was on duty at the entry gate to the venue opposite the petrol pump.
He stopped a visitor, Kranti Chaudhary, for checking. However, Kranti started arguing with the cop and also manhandled him. — TNS
