An important meeting between officers of the Chandigarh Administration and senior officers of the Ministry of Home Affairs has been postponed.

Several long-pending issues, including registration of share-wise properties, which has been suspend for the past nearly three years, ownership rights in rehabilitation colonies, extension of lal dora limits in 22 villages, regularisation of need-based changes in Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) houses, were to be discussed in the meeting, which was slated to be held today in Delhi. An officer said the meeting was called off at the last minute. It is likely to be held next week, the officer added.
