MP inaugurates open-air gym at Behlana village in Chandigarh

Member of Parliament from Chandigarh Manish Tewari inaugurated an open-air gym set up at Behlana village with funds released under the MP Local Area Development (MPLAD) Scheme, and dedicated it to the residents of the area. On the occasion, Chandigarh Congress president HS Lucky and several other prominent local personalities were also present.

Addressing the gathering, MP Manish Tewari said that the open-air gym would play an important role in helping people maintain their health. He emphasized that a healthy individual was better equipped to fulfil responsibilities towards family and society. He added that this open-air gym would make a meaningful contribution towards achieving this objective. He further assured that there would be no shortage of funds for the overall development of the city.

Among others present on the occasion were Malkit Singh Goldy, Lambardar Sita, Narinder Singh, Captan Singh and Kirpanand Thakur.
