In view of a surge in Covid-19 cases, there was a need to increase beds for Covid patients in private hospitals of Panchkula district.

Haryana Assembly Speaker and local MLA Gian Chand Gupta stated this after visiting Alchemist Hospital in Sector 21 here today. He also visited ICU-1 and ICU-2 wards of the hospital and expressed satisfaction over the treatment being provided to Covid patients.
