New Chandigarh Golf Club executive committee

Members of the Chandigarh Golf Club (CGC) picked a mixed House to make a 12-member executive committee this year.

During the annual general elections, Major Rajinder Singh Virk Lalli (retd) was elected as the new president of the club and Dr Atul Sachdev its senior vice-president and coordinator, Chandigarh Golf League. JS Toor has been elected as the new vice-president, Amarbir Singh Lahl secretary and Brig TS Mundi (retd) treasurer.

Shona Singh has been appointed as chairman, Tournament and Handicapping, Alamgir Grewal, captain of the club, Amarinder Singh Aulakh, chairman, screening sub-committee, Brig Blavinder Singh (retd), chairman of swimming pool sub-committee, Raman Singh Gill, chairman, junior golf and caddy welfare, Dr Angad Singh Sangha chairman of the House, APS Kahai, chairman, Health Club, and Jaspratap Singh Sekhon, chairman, CSR.
