Now, fly directly to Kolkata

The Jet Airways on Monday introduced a non-stop flight from Chandigarh to Kolkata.

The flight (9W 158) will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will depart from Chandigarh at 1.45 pm and reach Kolkata at 4.25 pm. 

From Kolkata, the flight (9W 157) will depart at 10.35 am and land in Chandigarh at 1.15 pm.

On Monday, the flight was inaugurated by senior officials of the airlines and Mohali police Inspector HS Ball, SHO of the Airport police station here.

Some passengers were also honoured at a brief ceremony at the airport by the authorities. The airlines had also started its daily flight from Chandigarh to Lucknow and vice versa from September 1.
