The Municipal Corporation (MC)’s flagship initiative, MC One Pass, has crossed 4,000 registrations. The monthly pass is priced at Rs 500 for cars and Rs 250 for two-wheelers.
Launched on January 27 with the objective of simplifying and streamlining access to multiple civic services through a single-window digital platform, the MC One Pass is a convenient, transparent and time-saving solution for residents. The initiative reduced procedural delays, minimised physical visits to the MC office and enhanced ease of availing various permissions and services.
MC Commissioner Amit Kumar said the milestone was a strong testament to the faith citizens placed in the digital governance initiatives.
"The MC One Pass is a step forward in reducing red tape and promoting efficiency. The civic body remains committed to further strengthening the platform and expanding its scope to include more services for the convenience of the public," he added.
The MC chief said they would continue to bring in technology-driven solutions to enhance accountability, ensure faster service delivery and promote citizen satisfaction in line with the vision of smart and sustainable urban governance.
