Panchkula City Magistrate hears public grievances at Samadhan Camp
Gives instructions to officials concerned for the prompt redressal of complaints
City Magistrate M Jagriti today took cognisance of a complaint regarding illegal encroachment filed by Sunita Devi of Chandikotla during a Samadhan Camp and directed official concerned to conduct a site inspection and submit a report.
Presiding over the camp held at the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat, the City Magistrate heard grievances of five residents from different parts of the district. She instructed all officials to resolve the issues on a priority basis without delay.
She informed that, as per the directions of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Camps were being organised regularly in the district every Monday and Thursday on working days from 10 am to 12 noon. She added that the Chief Minister personally monitors complaints received during these camps and also joins through video conferencing.
Jagriti appealed to residents to attend Samadhan Camp and seek speedy redressal of their grievances.
Among those present at the camp were District Revenue Officer Kuldeep Singh, District Horticulture Officer Ashok Kaushik, Tehsildar Suresh, CM Window eminent persons Jasmer Banjara, Satyavan Kaushik and Vipin Liddhu, along with officials from the HSVP, public health engineering, education, forest, fisheries, women and child development and other departments.
