The action was conducted in the presence of Duty Magistrate Narendra Kumar, SDE Panchayati Raj Ashok Kumar, Assistant Town Planners and a heavy police force to maintain law and order.

Providing details, DTP Babita Gupta stated that prior approval from the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, is mandatory before undertaking any construction or developing a colony. She warned that strict legal action will continue against those found carrying out unauthorised construction or illegal colony development.

She also appealed to the public not to invest in or develop any unauthorised colonies without obtaining the requisite CLU/license from the department.
