Panchkula, May 28

A 56-year-old woman from Sector 12-A, who had recently returned from the UK, and landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday, taking the total number of cases in Panchkula to 26.

She was sampled in Faridabad and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital there, said Dr Rajiv Narwal, district nodal officer for Covid. — TNS
