On the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Divas, a third semester LLB student of PU launched a signature and letter-writing campaign at the Student Centre. According to Mukul Chauhan, the organiser, the banner with signatures and messages on it and the letters will be delivered to the armed forces deputed in Kargil by hand on July 26 by Rashtriya Riders, a bikers’ group from Jaipur.
