St Xavier’s Sen Sec School

Chandigarh: The annual athletic meet 2019 of St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School concluded here today. Students from Classes IV to XI took part in various activities during the meet. Shishu Niketan Public School

Chandigarh: Shishu Niketan Public School, Sector 43-A, held a workshop on “How to cop with stress  management” for Class X students, who are going to appear in the board exams. School counsellor guided students about stress symptoms, good and bad stress. They were made aware of some do’s and don’ts to avoid stress situations. The workshop concluded with an interactive session wherein students’ queries were addressed by the counsellor. TNS

Shivallik Public School

Chandigarh: A TA seminar on heartfulness meditation was conducted by  Deputy Commandant, Chandimandir, Brig Narinder Singh, at Shivalik public School, Sector 41–B. Students in age group of 15 to 16 years attended the seminar and learnt techniques to follow their heart. The seminar ended with meditation. TNS

Jitender veer Sarvhitkari school

Mohali: A “Baby show-cum-Basant carnival” was organised at Jitender Veer Sarvhitkari Model Senior Secondary School . As many as 100 babies actively participated in the baby show. The winner children were given prizes. Children and their parents relished eatables at food stalls and enjoyed fun games. TNS 

Manav Rachna International School  

Mohali: A Grade-II Everest student of Manav Rachna International School Hridyanshi Singh brought laurels by securing first runner up position in ‘Aapki awaaz’ on Desh Bhagat Radio 107.8 FM. The programme was run live with the theme ‘Mera bharat meri kalam se - Season 5’ and was quite inspiring. She was awarded a medal and certificate. TNS
