Striker Club won both the boys’ and girls’ title on the concluding day of the 37th Junior Softball Championship at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 35.
In the girls’ final, Striker Club overcame Chandigarh Mission Club 11-10. Sector 15 Club blanked Chandigarh Coaching Centre 13-0 to bag the third position.
In the semifinals, Striker Club had registered a 1-0 win over Sector 15, while Chandigarh Mission Club beat Chandigarh Coaching Club 5-4.
In the boys’ final, Striker Club drubbed Chandigarh Mission Club 14-4. City Hawks Club recorded a 10-0 win over Leisure Valley Club in the third-place play-off.
Earlier, Striker Club beat City Hawks 13-7 in the semis.
