Two Chandigarh gymnasts named in World Cup team

Two local gymnasts have been selected to represent India in the men’s pair category at the FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup, scheduled to be held in Burgas, Bulgaria, from May 29 to 31.

Davinder Singh and Mohit Bhandari, both registered with the Chandigarh Gymnastics Association, have been named in the national squad for the event.

Shubham Arya, a coach with the Chandigarh Sports Department, has also been appointed coach for the Indian team, while Deepak Gupta, a representative of the local association, has been named head of delegation.
