The Punjab Federation of University and College Teachers’ Organisations (PFUCTO), a representative body of GNDU, Amritsar; Panjab University, Chandigarh; PAU, Ludhiana; Punjabi University, Patiala; GADVASU, Ludhiana; Government colleges and non-government colleges of Punjab and Chandigarh, welcomed the Punjab Government’s announcement of implementation of the UGC scales for the university and college teachers of Punjab.
