Rashtriya Avishkar Abhiyan is a novel concept developed and launched on July 9, 2015, by Late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, former President of India, and it is still running successfully by Ministry of Human Resource Development. The aim is to inculcate a spirit of inquisitiveness, creativity, excitement and love for science and mathematics in schoolchildren through inside and outside classroom activities, observation and experimentation.

The RAA was organised at the school where Dr Anurag Kuhad, Dr Neelima Dhingra, Dr Sangeeta Pilkhwal Sah and Dr Ranjana Bhandari, Assistant Professors of UIPS, interacted with Class XI and XII students of science and humanities. — TNS
