A 19-year-old youth has been arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of the UT police with 524 gram charas. The accused, identified as Anuj Kumar, alias Bunty, a native of Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh, was arrested near the ISBT, Sector 43. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered at the ANTF police station, Sector 11.
Theft at temple in Sector 38

Gaurav Nautiyal reported that silver items were stolen from a temple in Sector 38 on the night of December 3. A case has been registered at the Sector 39 police station.
Immigration agent booked
An immigration consultant has been booked by the UT police for duping a Haryana resident. Shakti Singh alleged that Karan Sharma of Planet Visa Solution, Sector 37, cheated him out of Rs 90 lakh on the pretext of providing him visa.
