Man booked for stalking schoolgirl

TARN TARAN: The local police have booked a person for stalking a teenage girl.

The local police have booked a person for stalking a teenage girl.

The accused has been identified as Sakil, a resident of Nanaksar area.

The girl told the police that the accused chased her when she was on her way back home from the school on July 7.

On a complaint of the girl, a case under Section 354-D of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 12 of the Protectiuon of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered against the accused.
