Members of the District Congress Committee observed the 28th death anniversary of Rajiv Gandhi here on Tuesday.

Paying floral tributes to the Congress leader, Bathinda (Urban) MLA and Punjab Finance Minister Manpreet Badal said, “The country lost a great and revolutionary leader in Rajiv Gandhi, who was born in Bombay on August 20, 1944, and died on May 21, 1991.
