16-yr-old held with stolen motorcycle

PANCHKULA: The police have arrested a 16-year-old boy for stealing a motorcycle from outside the Panchkula district court complex.

The police have arrested a 16-year-old boy for stealing a motorcycle from outside the Panchkula district court complex. 

The accused has been identified as Akashdeep, a resident of the Indira Colony near Mani Majra. The police have also recovered the stolen motorcycle from his possession.

Rishi Pal, a resident of Kala Amb in Sirmour district, stated in his complaint that he came to the district court on his motorcycle bearing registration No. HP 18-B 5958.

 Pal said he had parked his motorcycle outside the court complex and all the documents were in the vehicle. He added that when he came out, he found the motorcycle missing. 

The Sector 5 police had registered the case against the unidentified accused under Section 379 of the IPC.
