Ankush scores in Satluj’s title win

Hosts Satluj Public School (Sector 4) won the Six-a-Side Football Tournament by registering a solitary goal win over Minerva Public School (Mohali) here. Ankush Deswal scored the only goal of the match in the 30th minute. 

Earlier in the semifinals, Minerva School registered a 1-0 win over Minerva Public School (B), while Satluj lads defeated St Soldiers School 2-1. In the girls' category, Holy Child (Morni) claimed the trophy by registering a 1-0 win over hosts Satluj Public School. A total of 13 teams participated in this two-day tournament.
