ATM guard held for molesting 6-yr-old

Chandigarh, October 15

A Dhanas resident, who worked as an ATM guard, has been arrested for allegedly molesting a six-year-old girl in Sector 15.

Sources said the accused was identified as Mithlesh.

The police said the victim’s mother, a lawyer, had gone to the Sector 15 market for shopping on Sunday. She went to an ATM to withdraw money. Her daughter, along with her grandmother, was standing outside the ATM when the accused touched her inappropriately.

The girl started crying and revealed the incident to her mother.

The police were informed about the incident. A case was registered at the Sector 11 police station and the accused was arrested.
