Dev Samaj Cricket Academy (Sector 45) defeated IS Dev Samaj School (Sector 21) by nine wickets in the ongoing Pandit Kedarnath Women Cricket U-19 Tournament, here today. Batting first, the Sector 21 team scored 71 runs before getting all out in 19.1 overs. Shakshi (18) topped the team’s score chart, while Harnoor added 10 runs to the total. Simranjit and Aaradhna claimed three wickets each for the bowling side. In reply, the Sector 45 team scored 72/1 in 8.4 overs with the help of Kangna (22), Palak (20) and Kiran (15). Vishaka claimed the only wicket for the bowling side. Aaradhna was declared Woman of Match. —TNS
