Cricketer Harbhajan Singh, who owns a house in Sector 9, Chandigarh, submitted a complaint to the UT police after he reportedly found that his house had two additional locks, which were put by an unknown person.

Sources said the cricketer met senior UT police officials to apprise them of the situation. The sources said the cricketer, on visiting his house, which remains locked, found two additional locks on the door. Suspecting it to be an attempt to grab the property, the police were informed.

A DDR has been lodged at the Sector 3 police station. The police said the footage of CCTVs installed in the area would be scrutinised. The palatial house was purchased by the off-spinner in 2007.
