Legal aid clinic at Panjab varsity

CHANDIGARH:A first of its kind legal aid clinic was organised at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Hall, boys’ hostel 4 at PU.

A first of its kind legal aid clinic was organised at Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Hall, boys’ hostel 4 at PU. The clinic was inaugurated by Prof Emanual Nahar, Dean, Student Welfare (DSW). 

Nahar highlighted that the legal aid society of the UILS, was taking its commitment of rendering effective and accessible legal aid a notch higher and launched the scheme of ‘mobile legal aid clinics’ under which they would organise legal aid clinics at various places. — TNS
